### Getting Started

To start, you'll need to download a Web3 wallet. You can use both Trust Wallet and Metamask, but we recommend the latter.

### **Purchasing Kodi**

There are multiple avenues to purchase $KODI. If you want the most benefits from the Kodi Ecosystem and tokenomics, we recommend purchasing it through PancakeSwap and holding in your Web3 wallet.

**To purchase on PancakeSwap, follow these steps:**

1. Head over to [**PancakeSwap**](https://pancakeswap.finance/swap)**.**
2. Click "Connect Wallet" on the upper right hand side and connect your Metamask or Trust Wallet.
3. Ensure BNB is being swapped for $KODI. Enter in the $KODI address in the space provided.
4. Adjust your slippage to 13%.
5. Click swap and confirm the prompts.
6. Congratulations, you just purcahsed $KODI!

If you get an error, try using round numbers of **BNB** or **$KODI** or increase slippage further.
{% endhint %}

### Trade Kodi on a CEX

Kodi is available for trade on [**Hotbit**](https://www.hotbit.io/) and [**LBank**](https://www.lbank.info/).

Please note that holding $KODI on a CEX will exclude you from BNB rewards.
